Your name
Callum Negus-Fancey
Job title
CEO of Lets Go Crazy Holdings Ltd
What does your daily job involve?
Into the office (Ravenscourt Park) by 9:00 am, usually spend the morning working with the different teams, trouble shooting, decision making and offering encouragement. I have lunch at my desk (take out or something from home) and try to stay on top of my emails. Most afternoons I have meetings with potential / existing clients which involves charging around London before heading back to the office. I try to spend some time each day working on the creative side of the business but other things often get in the way during the day so most of the creative happens during the evening. I head home between 9:00pm -1:00 am depending on how much there is to do..
What did you study?
Philosophy, Politics. Economics, Business Studies, Media Studies and Photography
What was your first job?
I started my own business when I left school, so this is my first job.
What do you wish you had known when you started?
Everything about building a business is more expensive than you think it is, everything. I have also learned that having people who can understand and express your ideas clearly is really important. You need to be able to recognise your weaknesses and quickly bring in the right team whose strengths are your weaknesses. These are the people who make your ideas happen.
What’s your most memorable achievement?
I try and look forward not back, for me building a business is about growth and constantly improving your brand. So my most memorable achievement hasn’t happened yet!
What tip would you give to young people who want to work in a similar area?
Treasure every relationship, business or consumer – it doensn’t matter. You are only as strong as your connections.
Who or what inspires you?
Growth.
What’s next in your career?
Growing my businesses
