We’ve cut our own version of what happened including interviews with Kid British, The Mystery Jets and Little Boots

Welcome to a special summer project from Trashed, the exciting new media platform for teenagers! Over the last few months a crack team of young journalists, interviewers and photographers have been working with the professionals to bring you this site.

Their assignment was to cover the Underage Festival 2009 – the huge festival for 14-18 year olds in London's Victoria Park, with a line-up boasting the hottest acts around, including Hadouken!, Little Boots, Kid British, Tynchy Stryder, Santigold the Pigeon Detectives and more.

Our team mingling with the festival crowds, interviewed the talent, took behind-the-scenes photos, and filmed the action.
